Return and Refund Policy
At Mokkoji, we put a lot of care into designing, selecting, and packing each product. As a small, growing brand, we currently follow a limited return and refund policy, which is outlined below.

Returns & Refunds – When are they accepted?
We only accept returns and issue refunds in the following case:
· Damaged product on arrival
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
at our discretion
What Is not eligible for return or refund?
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- If you do not like the product
- If the product does not meet personal preferences or expectations
- If there is a change of mind after delivery
- If the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- If the request is raised after the allowed reporting window
As a startup brand, we are currently unable to support returns for reasons other than damage. This helps us focus on quality, fair pricing, and sustainable operations.
How to report a damaged product
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact.mokkoji@gmail.com, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91873 60032
- Mention your Order ID
- Attach:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
- (If possible) a short unboxing video
- Reporting timeline: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Refund process
- Once the issue is verified, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 15 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Important notes
- Each return or refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Mokkoji reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet policy conditions
- This policy applies only to orders placed on mokkoji.in

In case of any refunds approved by SARAL AGARWAL HUF it will take 15 days for the refund to be credited to the original payment mode.
